New Zealand has the highest youth suicide rate in the developed world. And teens desperately want to help their friends who are struggling, except they’re often so scared of doing or saying the wrong thing that they’ll just avoid that friend entirely.
But studies by Te Hiringa Hauora/Health Promotion Agency show that just being there is the best way to start helping.
So we made it simple. Like, really simple.
