Police have heard every excuse for speeding, but they’ve also seen every horrific consequence. This film simply and honestly depicts that reality. It shows the mundanity, humanity, and tragedy of a traffic cop’s routine - endless excuses punctuated the occasional horror.
The goal is to challenge both the way people justify their speeding, and the way they feel about the Police who enforce it.
